The second edition of the European Projects Festival will be held from May 14th to 16th, 2025. This year’s theme: “Ideas Taking Shape.”
Ferrara, [Date] – Following the success of its first edition, Ferrara is preparing to once again host the European Projects Festival, the event dedicated to European project design, which will take place from May 14th to 16th, 2025, in the historic center of the Este city (free admission).
The 2025 edition of the Festival will focus on the theme “Ideas Taking Shape” and will be structured around three main pillars: Resilience (our present), Future (the upcoming scenarios), and Unity (cohesion and solidarity). These themes will be explored in relation to fundamental issues such as: Human Rights, Skills, and Culture & Creativity.
The Festival aims to be a meeting and discussion point for individuals, organizations, and institutions from across Europe, with the goal of informing and reflecting on the major challenges of the Union, illustrating and delving into European funding in support of education, training, and research, culture and creativity, European citizenship, cohesion, inclusion, and social utility.
A rich program of events and opportunities
The Festival program includes over 40 events across three days and an exhibition area (FAIR) where public and private organizations involved in European projects can present themselves and create networking opportunities. With a strong international focus, over 60% of the events will be held in English, the participating partners will bring testimonies directly from more than 15 European countries and the Mediterranean basin, confirming the Festival’s vocation as a platform for dialogue and collaboration at an international level.

FESTIVAL-OFF dedicated to local associations that will present themselves with proposals, reflections, and moments of debate.
There will also be cultural moments (FEST) with film screenings, book presentations, and convivial moments (FOOD), with the involvement of the Vergani-Navarra Institute of Ferrara.
