Lucia de Grimani
Lucia de Grimani is an Innovation Manager and President of CNA Impresa Donna Roma.
Over the years, she has developed extensive experience in communication, marketing strategies and innovation for luxury brands, and later held the role of Chief Digital Officer.
Today, she works with managers and companies on their digital transformation journeys, helping them redefine strategies to navigate change.
For the past 11 years, she has been a lecturer at IED Rome in the Photography Department, and since 2021 she has also been a lecturer and coordinator of the Business Management course.
She is a speaker on RID 96.8, where she hosts a weekly radio programme dedicated to women’s entrepreneurship.
