Compact and innovative machines

Neomach’s winning challenge: A versatile range conquering the market

Neomach is a young company rooted in established industrial expertise. Its story begins with a challenge: transforming a business specialized in contract manufacturing into a company capable of designing and producing innovative machines. “Stefano Belia, the owner, had an ambitious idea: to create his own product from scratch,” explains Stefano Bortolato, Neomach’s R&D Manager. “With 25 years of experience in the agricultural sector, I immediately accepted this adventure when it was proposed to me. We knew it would be difficult, but the opportunities were enormous.”

The first step was studying the market and existing products. “For six months, we analyzed every detail, identifying their limitations. We wanted to create something different—a solution to real problems.” The result? A range of compact, versatile, and technologically advanced machines capable of competing with established brands that have been on the market for decades.

The revolutionary patent: Comfort and performance without compromise

One of Neomach’s key innovations is its patented suspended operator station system, a unique solution in the industry.

“The entire operator station—seat, platform, joystick, and controls—is isolated from frame vibrations and shocks,” says Bortolato. “This ensures exceptional comfort, allowing operators to work for up to 10 hours without fatigue. It also reduces cabin noise, further improving the user experience.”

While competitors offer traditional solutions with a fixed frame and seat that transmit vibrations and jolts, Neomach has developed a shock-absorbing system that enhances not only operator comfort but also precision in delicate operations.

“We patented this because we knew we had something special—and today, we’re still the only ones offering this technology.”

X30, the the debut model

Other key features that make Neomach machines unique:

  • Optimized visibility design: The front structure ensures better visibility of attachments, improving safety and operational precision.
  • Quiet and comfortable hydraulics: Hydraulic components are positioned away from the operator, eliminating noise and heat disturbances.
  • Perfect weight distribution: Oil and water radiators, along with tanks, are placed at the rear for exceptional stability, even during sudden maneuvers.
  • High-precision joystick: Fully proportional, lightweight, and precise, ensuring flawless control.
  • Advanced safety: When the machine is off or the operator leaves the seat, all joystick functions and movement are automatically locked—a testament to Neomach’s commitment to safety.
  • Customizable options: A wide range of accessories to meet even the most demanding customers’ needs.

X40, power meets agility

From prototypes to a complete range: X20, X30, and X40

Neomach’s evolution has been rapid. “I joined the company in November 2020, and by July 2021, we already had our first working prototype,” recalls Bortolato. This fast pace was possible thanks to an experienced team and a clear vision. Today, the lineup includes three models:

  • X30: The first model—robust and reliable, balancing power and maneuverability.
  • X40: More powerful, with increased lifting capacity and a more powerful transmission, ideal for construction and rough terrain.
  • X20: The most compact and economical option, perfect for those who need simplicity without sacrificing quality.

“The X40 was born from market demand for more power, especially in construction. The X20, on the other hand, caters to those seeking an agile and affordable machine.” All models share Neomach’s philosophy: compact size (under 1 meter wide and 2 meters tall), modularity, and compatibility with over 200 attachments.

X20, compact but complete

From gardens to construction sites: One machine, endless applications

Neomach’s true strength lies in versatility“These machines can be equipped with buckets, forks, brush cutters, snowplows, and much more,” explains Bortolato. “Customers can start with a basic setup and expand their attachments over time as needed.”

Applications span multiple sectors:

  • Landscaping: Public and private gardening, grass cutting, park maintenance.
  • Agriculture & Livestock: Hay handling, stable cleaning, feed management.
  • Construction: Work in tight spaces like historic centers or urban areas where traditional machinery can’t operate.
  • Municipalities: Snow removal, street and sidewalk cleaning, public area maintenance.

“In Northern Europe, many private users prefer these machines over traditional tractors. They’re more versatile, take up less space, and allow multiple operations with a single investment.”

International market challenges and growth strategy

Despite initial setbacks in Germany—originally a primary target—Neomach has adapted successfully. “We’ve strengthened our presence in Italy, where we’re now a leader in compact machine sales, and secured distributors in France, Denmark, and the UK.”

Beyond a strong dealer network across Europe—a testament to market trust—Neomach has won over customers through machine quality. Many distributors, after visiting the factory and testing machines and equipment firsthand, have praised the robust build, reliability, and elegant yet functional design.

A major recognition came in 2023 with a Design Award, won while competing against long-established industry giants. This award confirms that Neomach’s focus on aesthetics and functionality has been fully recognized by the market.

The future: A new generation of machines and global expansion

Neomach isn’t stopping. “By late 2026, we’ll launch a new 57 HP model designed for demanding professional customers,” reveals Bortolato. “This machine will feature high-end specs tailored for advanced agricultural professionals and beyond, with every detail optimized for maximum efficiency in tough jobs.”

This new model represents another step in Neomach’s strategy to deliver increasingly powerful and tech-driven machines while maintaining the balance between sturdiness and elegance that has already won the market.

“We want to give professional farmers a tool that combines power, comfort, and innovation—because those who work in these environments deserve the best.”

Meanwhile, the company continues developing equipment in-house to ensure top-tier quality. “We initially sourced components externally, but the quality wasn’t up to standard. Now we produce our own buckets, forks, and accessories—only the best for our customers.”

A clear message: “We are Italian, and quality is our signature”

Bortolato concludes with a firm statement: “Some competitors called us ‘Chinese,’ but we’re proudly Italian. The company may be new, but our team has decades of experience. Our value lies in innovation, market responsiveness, and manufacturing excellence.”

In just a few years, Neomach has grown from a prototype to an internationally recognized company—ready to shape the future of compact machinery.
