“The idea came from observing the needs of the pharmaceutical sector, where the pharmacist plays a key role in choosing the display. The Origin of the Idea: A Patent in the Drawer

From an intuition born years ago, Ferron created a range of innovative and patented displays designed to simplify pharmacists’ lives and optimize product presentation. “The idea of creating easy-to-assemble displays comes from a patent I had in my drawer: a system that allows you to open a flat structure and assemble it automatically by pushing it down. This system was initially conceived to create a mini desk kit with post-its, pen holders, and a calendar.”

The turning point came with participation in Cosmofarma, where Ferron understood the sector’s needs: displays that are easy to assemble and respect pharmacists’ autonomy in choosing which products to display. “Participating in my first Cosmofarma about fifteen years ago opened my eyes,” says Ferron. “From there, I discovered that pharmaceutical companies need to provide pharmacists with displays that are as easy as possible to assemble.”

The Solution: Patented and Easy-to-Assemble Displays

“I then developed a series of patented displays, both small and large, that can be assembled with a simple movement. The mechanism is the same for all: they flatten and assemble in an instant.” The range of displays created by Ferron includes various types, from the Autoexpo counter display to the Autoexpo stepped display, up to the impressive floor display launched last year.

All displays are covered by both Italian and European patents. They are designed as single pieces, with no parts to assemble or lose. This makes them easy to use and reduces waste.
